Local-first inventory for one phone
In store review — iPhone & Android
ItemSpan connects products, stock lots, and removals in one local-first inventory app. ItemSpan Pro adds sales, services, customers, and billing records.
Record quantities, unit cost, acquisition date, and optional expiration dates.
See stock on hand, lots, codes, labels, and inventory history.
Record a sale or removal and preserve the history behind it.
ItemSpan is in store review now. Leave your email and you’ll get one message the day the App Store or Google Play listing goes live.
If you’re tracking what you bought, what’s left, and what you sold — on a phone, without a warehouse system or a subscription to something enormous — ItemSpan is the size of tool this job actually needs.
Version 1 does a narrow job completely. Here’s what it isn’t.
No cloud sync, shared accounts, or hosted backup. One phone, one record.
Expiration warnings appear inside the app. ItemSpan does not block expired stock or certify its safety.
Not an accounting, tax, payment, or compliance service. Figures are operational estimates.
No spreadsheet or CSV import in version 1.
ItemSpan keeps your product catalog and inventory activity in an on-device SQLite database. If purchases are enabled, RevenueCat and the relevant app store process subscription or purchase status; inventory records are not sent through an ItemSpan backend.
Export a backup regularly and before replacing, resetting, or repairing your phone. You choose the operating-system destination or share target, so review that destination and protect any exported business or customer information.
ItemSpan keeps the local data on your device. Pro screens become unavailable until Pro access returns, and Free users can still export the local database, including retained Pro records.
ItemSpan Free covers products and stock. Pro adds sales, services, customers, and billing when you need them.
