No. ItemSpan does not support arbitrary spreadsheet or CSV import. Backup import is not part of the public version 1 launch promise.
After app-store release, use Restore purchases inside ItemSpan. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store and purchase status is handled through RevenueCat when monetization is enabled.
